Stephanie is a psychologist who is warm and passionate about helping individuals with their mental health and behavioural needs. Stephanie’s person-centred and strengths-based approach to sessions helps her clients achieve their goals and develop strategies to assist them in creating positive changes throughout their lifetime.
She uses a variety of therapeutic approaches in her practice including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Whilst Stephanie works with individuals across the lifespan, she particularly enjoys working with children, adolescents and young people and their families, having worked with these age groups since she was young and in a variety of educational settings.
Her other passion is providing a variety of neuropsychological assessments for individuals aged six years and above, using a thorough approach that conceptualises the individual and their presenting concerns throughout their lifetime.
